As we prepare for fall services…
We are so excited to resume some service delivery options that have been paused since the beginning of the pandemic. Faces have changed at Life in Harmony over the last couple of years, and as some new faces join us this fall, we have even greater ability to serve you in new and creative ways. These new faces will also help support our team and clients throughout an upcoming maternity leave beginning in September, and we are thankful to continue to provide services to our current clients.

As we work to streamline communication between our team, clients, and caregivers…
Beginning on September 1, our team will shift to communicating with you via our portal on IntakeQ; text message communication regarding client-related needs will no longer be available. Please complete the registration here to create a profile for each individual caregiver with whom you would like us to communicate. You may, in addition, continue to contact your primary therapist for non-emergent needs via email or by phone call. You may also continue to reach out to our main office at (608) 799-4860 or Text message communication will only be available via our main office line, but please note that this line will not be staffed regularly and can be used for general inquiries only. General Service Navigation
At any time throughout your services, if you feel that your therapeutic needs are not being met via your current service delivery method (i.e. telehealth, in-person, facility-based, etc.), please reach out to your assigned music therapist or leave your contact information below and a member of our team will contact you to schedule a service navigation appointment to identify an appropriate path moving forward.
